Will Sommer really messed up this headline. The Judge did not rule that we are a political spying agency. The Judge ruled that plaintiff can make the argument to the jury. Also, Will Sommer and The Daily Beast never reported any of our legal victories. We have won seven straight times in court and NEVER lost a lawsuit in our history. They didn’t report our victory on summary judgment defeating counts on "Trespass" and "Breach of Fiduciary Duty." The First Amendment is on trial in this case, and that’s why we can’t and won’t lose. These are principles so fundamental -- the right to report what others openly tell us. Positioned in this way indeed we CAN NOT LOSE.
