In late November of 2020, I filed a lawsuit in my name as a vo | Lin Wood

In late November of 2020, I filed a lawsuit in my name as a voter contending that the November 2020 election in GA was illegal because the state legislature did not approve the changes in the election process made in a private consent agreement between the Secretary of State and the Democratic Party.

The U.S. Supreme Court denied review of the dismissal of the case in the lower court for lack of standing.

Lack of standing???

How does a voter not have standing to challenge the dilution of his or her vote arising from illegality???

In December of 2020, I filed a second lawsuit in my name contending that the GA January 2021 Senate runoff was illegal since the underlying general election was illegal.

Another erroneous dismissal in the lower court for lack of standing.

In the next couple of weeks, I will be filing another petition for certiorari review to the U.S. Supreme Court urging that a voter has standing and the GA election was illegal under well-established law.

When filed, I pray that Patriots will join in the case by filing amicus briefs to the Court. Any donation to #FightBack to help defray the fees of outside counsel will also be greatly appreciated.

I will keep you posted on the filing status.

We must return the rule of law to our nation. Without legal elections, we have no rule of law. Only tyranny.

As you can hear from his remarks below, President Trump agrees with my position that legislative approval is REQUIRED under well-established law.

We must Keep Fighting Back.
