Aleksey Katerinichev, the first deputy head of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, died as a result of a missile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Kherson tonight.

He worked in the position for a month and a half. Prior to his appointment, Alexei served in the border troops of the FSB of Russia for 25 years.
